Credit Card Processing

Most businesses rely on credit card processors to handle the details of accepting credit and debit cards. Credit card processing is a critical service—it ensures that customers can simply and quickly checkout. â€‹

Credit card processing is a complex service involving multiple moving parts, emerging technologies, payment networks, regulatory bodies and financial institutions. Like any service involving that level of complexity, credit card processors often vary in quality.

When evaluating potential credit card processors and merchant acquirers, ask questions about these four critical areas where the quality of payment processing matters most to your business:

  • Transaction speed

  • Fair and transparent rate structure

  • Access to helpful customer support

  • Cancelation Policy

Interchange Plus

It's simple, We Guarantee the lowest rates for processing.

If you can expect credit card processing costs to range from 1.5% to 2.9% for swiped cards, and 3.5% for keyed-in transactions, why are processing rates all over the place?

  • Card Network: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, etc., set the interchange rates for various cards.

  • Processing Volume: Typically, the more credit cards you process, the lower the per-transaction rate.

  • Types Of Business: High risk industries may be subject to higher rates.

  • Swiped vs Keyed in Card: Swiped transactions generally cost lower because they carry less risk compared to keyed in transactions.

  • Credit Card /Merchant Services Provider: Your payment processor may mark up your rates, so specific costs can vary from one provider to the next.

That being said, we will guarantee you the absolute best rates possible.

Zero Fee Processing
Dual Pricing

Did you know that as the merchant, you are paying for your customer's rewards points when they use specialized credit cards? The biggest reason businesses switch over to a Zero Fee program is because they can eliminate most – and in some cases all – of their credit card processing fees. The customers that pay with a credit card also pay for the credit card processing fees. This is a huge saving for small businesses that can then use these funds to expand operations, expand marketing efforts, or simply grow their savings.

Our Zero Fee program works by providing your customers with a cash and credit price. If the customer pays by cash, they receive a lower price. If they pay by credit card, they pay a price which includes your cost of processing with their credit card.  The end result? You eliminate your business’ credit card processing fees and encourage your customers to use cash, while still providing them with the option to pay by credit.

e-Commerce Gateways

Gateway & e-Commerce Processing

A Gateway captures and transfers payment data from the customer to the acquirer and then transfers the payment acceptance or decline back to the customer. A payment gateway validates the customer’s card details securely, ensures the funds are available and eventually enables merchants to get paid. It acts as an interface between a merchant’s website and its acquirer. It encrypts sensitive credit card details, ensuring that information is passed securely from the customer to the acquiring bank, via the merchant.

  • A customer places an order and inputs their credit or debit card information.

  • The transaction will be labeled as card-not-present (CNP) by the merchant services company (which may result in slightly higher processing rates).

  • The data is encrypted and sent to the processor.

  • We then send the data along to a credit card network (VISA, Mastercard, etc.).

  • The transaction is either approved or denied.

  • If approved, the issuing bank (customer’s bank) notifies all parties involved.

  • The steps to this final authorization takes only a few seconds. Merchants will receive the funds at their acquiring bank within 1-2 days.
